Tina is a fantastic pilates teacher, her classes are demanding but very rewarding.

Osteopathy & Pilates
I've used Tina as an osteopath and been to her pilates classes , i suffered with sciatica and also a bulging disc in my lower back , I've always found Tina's massaging and manipulation very beneficial, and the plates classes very good also for strengthening my back and stretching all the right places . Tina is a lovely lady , she is very easy to get on with and have a laugh , and very welcoming to new faces , and makes people feel at ease .

Significant pain reduction
I came to Tina struggling with lower back pain. Tinas approach was not only professional and knowledgeable but also compassionate and reassuring. Through a combination of hands on treatment and practical advice, my pain significantly reduced very quickly.
Im incredibly grateful for the care and expertise I received, Tina is the first person I recommend to anyone I speak to who are struggling in the same way I was.

Recovery after surgery
I have been attending Tina’s Pilates sessions for over 5 years and can highly recommend her. As a (very good) osteopath she has a detailed knowledge of anatomy and can identify where there are individual weaknesses and give precise and clear instructions on how to address different issues. As a long term sufferer of osteoarthritis in my knee, working with Tina helped me to maintain a good level of mobility. When I finally went for a knee replacement the surgeon was surprised at how mobile I was given the level of deterioration which was apparent on x-ray. I have made a good recovery from the surgery which again I put down to the work I have done with Tina. Even in a large class she can keep an eye on us and make sure we are doing the exercises correctly. Everyone can work to their own level and exercises can be adapted to suit all abilities.” Hope this is the sort of thing you need - please feel free to adapt as necessary.

Ongoing support for my personal needs
Pilates with Tina is the only exercise class I’ve actually continued with and learnt from, she seems to be aware of individuals personal challenges and weaknesses ie: my knee and will work round them.
Every class is fun, structured, informative and yes challenging at times!
